Fully Insured
We are fully insured and have appropriate Public Liability Insurance. We have Up-To-Date Risk Assessments.

This means you can enjoy your animal experience without any worries while our friendly staff inspire and engage you with our wonderful insects and invertebrates.
Ethical Experiences
We are committed to our animals and their welfare. This means ensuring their health and happiness is our priority and as such, on occassion, some animals may be unable to attend events due to age, and natural cycles. However, we will always endevour to supply an appropriate alternative.

Handling is acceptable, but if the animal seems upset or unwilling to be handled, we will allow the animal to rest as needed.
Each scheme comes complete with the following:
- Invertebrate of your choice - you can have from 1 to 8 invertebrates per classroom
- Enclosure set-up - everything you need to help your new friend feel at home

- Specialist equipment - food, additional heating/lighting (when required) etc., will be provided
- Step-by-step care guide - to help you provide the best care
​
- Information pack - facts and information to help you get to know your invert
- On-call specialist - call us whenever if you have any queries or concerns​
